Right of Withdrawal Policy for Consumers

The following right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
2. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days.
The withdrawal period begins:
- in the case of a contract for the delivery of one item, on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the item;
- in the case of several items ordered as part of one order and delivered separately, on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item;
- in the case of an item delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last partial shipment or piece; or
- in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period, on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the first item.
3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may, for example, send your withdrawal declaration by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not obligatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically by using the prominently displayed:

After entering the information required to identify you and your order, you will be asked to submit your declaration using the:
“Widerruf bestätigen / Confirm withdrawal”
function.
We will send you an electronic confirmation of receipt without undue delay. This confirmation will contain the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time on which it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period has expired.
4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the original standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration.
We are not required to reimburse additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until:
- we have received the returned goods; or
- you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back,
whichever occurs first.
5. Returning the Goods
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The return deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day return period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods following a statutory withdrawal.
We recommend using a traceable shipping method and retaining the proof of postage until the return has been completed.
6. Diminished Value
You are responsible only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The absence of or damage to the ordinary outer shipping packaging does not, by itself, exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
7. Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Sealed Goods
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts concerning the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
This may apply in particular to sealed food supplements where the health-protection or hygiene seal has been opened or removed by the customer after delivery.
The mere opening of the shipping box or ordinary outer packaging does not automatically cause the right of withdrawal to expire.
This exclusion does not apply where a product was delivered damaged, defective, contaminated, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise did not conform to the contract. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.
